Meet Kertasníkir , in Icelandic his name is pronounced like "kerta’ sneaker". In English, he's known as Candle Beggar. In the olden days of Iceland, candles were made from animal fat and Candle Beggar would steal all he could to snack on! He likes the pretty light now and every now and then takes a bite to see if they taste good.One of the thirteen Yule Lads, he's the thirteenth, the last one, to arrive for the holidays, showing up on December 24th.
